Clinical Research (Psychiatry) Opportunity in Metro Southeast Florida (Miami/Ft. Lauderdale)
100% Research Position, Full-Time. Mix of Inpatient (Miami site) and Outpatient (Fort Lauderdale area).
Research (PI/Sub‑I experience) NOT required. The company is seeking a Psychiatry Candidate who would like to receive training for this role.
It’s usually a Monday to Friday job, 9‑5, with attendance at Investigator Meetings at various locations such as Chicago, Scottsdale, San Diego, etc, about one weekend per month or every other month. The studies include central nervous system, women’s health, neurological and medical research. The position is for various psychiatric studies with pharmaceutical companies and involves working with a team of research coordinators, raters, recruiters, etc.
Responsibilities- Attend investigator meetings at multiple locations.
- Coordinate with support staff including raters and recruiters.
- Handle day‑to‑day operations of clinical trials.
- Spend ample time with each patient case as the pace is slower but thorough.
- Psychiatry background or study with willingness to be trained.
- Salary $300K - $350K range to start.
