The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

• At least 2+ Years' Service in Healthcare/Medical-Related Field
• 2 years or more of Security Supervisor Experience
• Pay Rate: $19/hr
• Full Time Opportunity
• Night Shift: 10pm - 6am (Sunday to Thursday)
• Active Security D License and Security Experience is Required!

• Maintain a visible and professional presence throughout the facility
• Support patient safety through rounds, incident response, and de‑escalation
• Assist clinical teams during emergencies and high‑stress situations
• Provide visitor screening, access control, and customer service assistance
• Complete accurate incident documentation
• Participate in physical restraints as trained and assist with deceased‑patient transfers
• Uphold hospital safety protocols, patient dignity, and professionalism

• High school diploma/GED from an accredited school
• At least 2 years of verifiable work history
• Ability to pass a federal 10‑panel drug test
• Willing to undergo TB bloodwork and vaccination review
• Professional appearance: no facial piercings, no facial or neck tattoos, natural hair color
• Ability to remain calm, confident, and reliable in stressful situations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and respond quickly when needed
