Job DescriptionThe Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
- At least 2+ Years' Service in Healthcare/Medical-Related Field
- 2 years or more of Security Supervisor Experience
- Pay Rate: $19/hr
- Full Time Opportunity
- Night Shift: 10pm - 6am (Sunday to Thursday)
- Active Security D License and Security Experience is Required!

- Maintain a visible and professional presence throughout the facility
- Support patient safety through rounds, incident response, and de‑escalation
- Assist clinical teams during emergencies and high‑stress situations
- Provide visitor screening, access control, and customer service assistance
- Complete accurate incident documentation
- Participate in physical restraints as trained and assist with deceased‑patient transfers
- Uphold hospital safety protocols, patient dignity, and professionalism
- High school diploma/GED from an accredited school
- At least 2 years of verifiable work history
- Ability to pass a federal 10‑panel drug test
- Willing to undergo TB bloodwork and vaccination review
- Professional appearance: no facial piercings, no facial or neck tattoos, natural hair color
- Ability to remain calm, confident, and reliable in stressful situations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and respond quickly when needed
