• Maintain a visible, professional security presence at assigned venues, events, or client locations
• Monitor surroundings to identify and respond to potential safety risks or disturbances
• Enforce venue rules, access control, and safety procedures respectfully and professionally
• De‑escalate situations using communication and judgment before physical intervention
• Assist with entry management, crowd flow, and perimeter security when required
• Provide basic incident reporting and communicate clearly with supervisors or team leads
• Represent Blue Tac Security with professionalism, discretion, and accountability

• Valid security license (or actively in process, depending on assignment/location)
• Prior experience in security, executive protection, military, law enforcement, or related fields preferred
• Strong situational awareness and decision‑making skills
• Professional appearance, posture, and communication
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high‑pressure environments
• Reliable availability and punctuality
• Willingness to follow protocols, standards, and leadership direction
