The Site Security Manager – Residential Client Program is the primary owner and trusted operator for a high-net-worth client’s residential security program and affiliated properties. This role manages the day-to-day security posture of the client’s primary residence, provides executive protection support as required, and coordinates with Global Guardian’s operations and leadership teams.
In addition to core security responsibilities, the Site Security Manager ensures that any client-related operational, safety, or security-adjacent need is identified, coordinated, and resolved, either directly or through appropriate internal or external resources. This role requires a mature, solutions-oriented professional who can operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain absolute discretion. Approximately 45 days per year are dedicated to standing up, managing, and demobilizing a temporary residential security team at the primary residence.
Outside of this surge period, the role returns to steady-state residential operations while also serving as a mobile response leader, traveling to other client sites or properties as needed.
