This full-time, on-site Security Officer role is based in Miami, FL. Responsibilities include patrolling and monitoring premises to ensure safety and security, controlling access to properties, inspecting buildings and equipment for potential security risks, and responding to emergencies promptly and effectively. Security Officers will interact with staff and visitors to ensure a safe environment while adhering to company policies and protocols to maintain order and prevent unauthorized activities.

• Observation, attention to detail, and situational awareness skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with visitors, employees, and law enforcement
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures and the ability to respond effectively under pressure
• Basic understanding of security systems and technologies
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks
• Prior experience in security or law enforcement is a plus
• Valid security license or certification (preferred) and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving abilities with sound judgment in decision-making
