This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Supervisor based in Miami, FL. The Security Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day implementation of security operations to ensure the safety and security of The Underline’s visitors, staff, and assets. Key responsibilities include supervising security personnel, conducting regular safety audits, managing emergency protocols, monitoring physical security systems, and addressing customer service and safety concerns.
The role involves both strategic oversight and hands-on engagement to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

Skills:
Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with the ability to mentor and provide clear instructions. - Physical Security:
Comprehensive understanding of physical security practices, system monitoring, and emergency response protocols. - Communication and Customer Service:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to providing excellent visitor interaction and resolving conflicts effectively. - Operations Management:
Experience in coordinating security operations, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. - Ability to work on-site full time in Miami, FL, and adapt to a variety of situations and demands.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and security technology is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in security or safety management are preferred.
