Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Receive and triage incoming calls, radio traffic, and alarms; dispatch officers and/or resources according to post orders and incident priority.;
Monitor CCTV, access control, and other security-related systems; document observations and notify appropriate personnel of unusual activity.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; coordinate communications with clinical staff and local responders as directed by post orders.;
Complete incident reports, activity logs, and dispatch records in a timely manner; communicate shift updates and pass-down information to oncoming personnel.
