Provide customer service to staff and visitors at a government location by carrying out post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Perform armed patrol duties in accordance with Allied Universal protocols, applicable laws, and site procedures while maintaining proper weapon retention and control;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, coordination with public agencies, and timely notification to site leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Complete written reports and logs for security-related incidents, patrol activity, and notable observations, and support access control measures as assigned
