Position Summary

As a Security Operations Center (ASOC) Operator, you will be a crucial member of a team dedicated to protecting corporate leadership and assets globally. The role requires successful completion of mandatory training and ongoing education. Failure to complete training according to Constellis or Client standards may result in demotion or separation.
Responsibilities- Staff the Access Security Operations Center during an established shift (Day or Evening) as part of a mission‑aligned team.
- Monitor access control systems and equipment to detect attempts to circumvent control measures at client facilities worldwide.
- Collaborate with fellow ASOC personnel and other professionals to ensure proper collection of PII, processing of information, and clearance of individuals requiring access to Client properties and systems.
- Handle priority response to alarms and suspicious behavior related to corporate assets in coordination with the Joint Security Operations Center (JSOC); this requires knowledge of access control systems, facility layouts, emergency response protocols, and situational awareness across operating domains.
- Ensure timely and relevant information is handled and reported appropriately.
- Possess a generalized knowledge of ASOC functions, including technical expertise in camera and alarm system operations.
- Execute the operational protective mission for the Client by ensuring access control protocols and processes are followed while recommending procedural and technical improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risks.
- Conduct database checks to support the organization’s access control validation, accreditation processes, and incident response.
- Apply analytical concepts to execute Intelligence Indications & Warnings Watch standard operating procedures, performing complex preliminary analysis, administrative reporting, and database checks.
- Coordinate intelligence gathering and analytical concepts, principles, methods, and techniques to analyze and provide guidance on in‑depth intelligence reports to assess whether they meet the organization’s requirements.
- Collect, record, and analyze data to conduct intelligence database checks in support of incident response and to research potential threats to transportation.
- Interpret laws and regulations from federal, state, and local agencies related to threats of violence and inappropriate communications.
- Work in an exclusively office‑based environment; may require shift work on a rotational basis, overtime beyond 40 hours per week, intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.

- Selective Service registration:

Must have primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years. Eligible for a waiver under certain conditions. - Background investigation:
Must pass a background investigation. - Drug testing:

Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; graduate‑level degree preferred. - Security clearance:
Must obtain a Secret security clearance. A polygraph exam may be required after employment. - Specialized experience:
At least three (3) years of specialized experience performing duties such as sworn federal, state, local, or tribal law enforcement; security director or comparable role; military service with honorable discharge; or emergency management leadership.
