Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and communicate with site contacts or emergency personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the mall, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assist with access and crowd flow, and document incidents and daily activities.;
Follow site procedures and emergency response activities as required.
