Security Officer Patrol Driver Bike

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and location-specific policies.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with management and emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity or maintenance-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry, support guest check-in procedures, and report suspicious behavior or unauthorized persons.;
Follow post orders and report incidents, hazards, and policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
