Security Officer Badge Verification

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures and community policies at a residential location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor authorization, and maintain required logs and/or records related to property access and security-related activity;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the community, including common areas, gates, and perimeter locations, with attention to unusual activity and security-related concerns;
Communicate clearly with residents, visitors, property management, and Allied Universal personnel regarding access procedures, post orders, and/or incidents requiring follow-up
