Overnight Security Officer

Highgate Hotels -  - Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional security presence throughout the property, using proper radio communication and monitoring lobby activity when not on patrol;
Conduct regular property patrols to ensure all areas are secure, free of hazards, and compliant with hotel policies;
Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical situations, guest disturbances, security incidents and provide First Aid/CPR when required;
Support guest experience by assisting with room access, conducting escorts, and addressing safety concerns with discretion and service-focused communication;
Monitor security systems, including cameras and access points; verify identification and regulate access to secured areas for authorized personnel
