Responsibilities- Monitor and patrol assigned areas
- Control access at gates, front desks, or building entrances
- Check in visitors, vendors, and contractors
- Observe and report suspicious activity
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Complete daily activity reports and incident reports
- Enforce property rules and post orders
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Communicate with supervisors, dispatch, and property management when needed
- Valid Florida Class D Security License
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and post orders
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts if needed
- Previous security experience preferred, but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
$20 hourly
