As a Residential Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential community such as a gated community, condominium, or apartment complex. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and displaying exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Location: Downtown Brickell, FL

Shift: Full-Time

• Garage, golf cart patrol, and crowd/access control

• Valid Florida Security License D License
• Security experience required
• Clean driving record

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Required ability to use computer or tablet.
• Required to be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions for the entire shift.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
