As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our patients, residents, and staff. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and respond to security incidents, alarms, and other emergencies as needed. You will also be responsible for performing routine security checks, reviewing surveillance footage, and maintaining accurate records of incidents and events.

• Monitor and respond to security alarms, incidents, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
• Perform routine security checks and inspections of the facility and its surroundings
• Review surveillance footage to identify and investigate security incidents
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and events, including reports and logs
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other emergency services as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, residents, and staff
• Participate in training and education programs to maintain knowledge of security procedures and protocols
