Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a premier retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with local management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points, observe guest and vendor activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or policy violations in high-traffic shopping areas.
• Support retail operations by assisting with directions, answering questions, reporting maintenance or security-related concerns, and remaining visible throughout the location during assigned shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
