Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

11:00 PM - 07:30 AM (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun)

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefronts, common areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high‑traffic areas to control access, observe visitor activity, and report policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Support daily operations by providing directions and assistance to guests, addressing routine questions, and helping with crowd flow during busy shopping periods or special events.

• Be at least 21 years of age (or 18 years for unarmed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any state or local licensing requirements that may be required prior to employment.
• Possess a valid driver’s license only if a driving position is required.
