Security Officer Dispatch

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, and coordinate the assignment of security-related personnel to routine incidents, priority situations, and/or service requests.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying accurate information to on-site personnel, building management, and/or emergency responders as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location, while helping to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.;
Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, helping to support shift continuity, follow-up actions, and/or communication with clients and Allied Universal leadership.
