Now Hiring Custom Protection Officers to work in the areas of Homestead
- Coral Gables, FL.

As a Custom Protection Officer (Residential Security Officer), you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential community such as a gated community, condominium, or apartment complex. You will provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and displaying exceptional customer service and communication skills.

$21 per hour.

• Must have a Valid Florida Security License (D License).

• U.S. Military Service (DD214 Honorable Discharge).
• Police/Corrections Academy Certification (U.S. only with Certificate).
• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice (120 College Credits on Official Transcripts).

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site‑specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.
