Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and assist with verifying authorized entry, visitor activity, and delivery arrivals in accordance with site protocols;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts;
Complete routine reports related to security-related activities and communicate with staff and public agency personnel
