, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. - Tue 06:00 AM - 03:30 PM

- Thur 06:30 AM - 10:30 AM
- Fri 06:00 AM - 03:30 PM
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at government facilities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate public personnel and site representatives as needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of government buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report suspicious activity, hazards, policy violations, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
- Complete accurate reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation while maintaining professional communication with the public and government personnel.
- Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
- Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
