You will play a key role in establishing and supporting the Joint Reconnaissance Center (JRC), integrating ISR capabilities with joint operations to satisfy the commander's priority intelligence requirements and enable timely, informed operational decision-making.

Your expertise will ensure ISR resources are effectively employed to support current operations, contingency planning, and multi-domain mission execution.

  • Develop ISR collection strategies, collection plans, and asset employment recommendations aligned with operational priorities and intelligence requirements.
  • Coordinate with Joint, Service, coalition, interagency, and national intelligence partners to integrate ISR capabilities and ensure unity of effort across the operational environment.
  • Manage and synchronize ISR asset tasking throughout the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) cycle to maximize operational effectiveness.
  • Prepare and deliver operational briefings, collection updates, and decision support products for senior leaders during routine operations, exercises, and contingency events.
  • Advise commanders and operational planners on ISR capabilities, collection management, air operations integration, and emerging opportunities to improve situational awareness and decision advantage.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting military air operations, ISR planning, or collection management within a Combatant Command, Joint Task Force, Service Component Headquarters, or equivalent operational headquarters.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the joint ISR process, including collection planning, ISR asset management, and the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) cycle.
  • Experience developing ISR collection strategies and integrating air and ISR capabilities to support operational objectives and intelligence requirements.
  • Experience supporting a Joint Reconnaissance Center (JRC), Joint Operations Center (JOC), intelligence fusion center, or comparable operational environment.
  • Familiarity with the Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP) and joint operational planning concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, for developing operational products and executive briefings.

Desired:

  • Experience coordinating with component commands, national intelligence agencies, coalition partners, and interagency organizations in support of theater operations.
