As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Bicycle Patrol in Miami, FL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a residential community, you will conduct highly visible patrols by bicycle, monitor assigned areas, report security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or activity.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and vendor entry in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, trespassing, and property-related concerns through a visible presence, professional communication, and timely reporting of observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be able to ride a bike.
• Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
