Security Officer Armed Patrol Veteran

Allied Universal seeks an Armed Security Officer - Patrol, ideally with prior military or law enforcement experience. In this role, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, control access, and respond to alarms and incidents to protect people, property, and critical assets. Duties include thorough reporting, radio communication, monitoring CCTV, and enforcing site policies with professionalism. You will apply strong situational awareness, de escalation skills, and sound judgment under pressure, while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols of assigned properties
• Control access and verify identification for employees, visitors, and vendors
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement as needed
• Monitor CCTV and security systems, reporting suspicious activity
• Complete clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Enforce site rules, regulations, and client policies with professionalism
• Provide customer service and assistance to tenants, employees, and visitors
• Use de-escalation techniques and sound judgment in high-pressure situations
• Maintain weapons qualifications and follow armed security protocols
• Follow post orders, safety procedures, and participate in ongoing training
