Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a government location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and assist with directing authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with established site procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.;
Prepare accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to supervisors and designated site contacts.
