As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Operations in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a premier retail and mall location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, assist guests and tenants, communicate clearly, and support a welcoming environment.

• Mon: 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM
• Tue: 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM
• Sat: 06:45 AM - 03:15 PM
• Sun: 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and retail patrons by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront perimeters, parking areas, and surrounding property to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.
• Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, and assist with directing visitors, deliveries, and vendors in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare clear, timely activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
