• Training Pay:
  Paid training while you learn to be a Certified Bath Fitter Installer
• Performance-Based Pay:
  Once certified, your compensation will be a % of the value of the jobs you install, increasing % as you advance through certification levels
• Service Work:
  You will earn hourly pay for any additional service-related tasks

• Install premium Bath Fitter products in as little as a day
• Deliver accurate and professional installation services to ensure customer satisfaction
• Educate customers on care and maintenance of their new installation
• Keep your work area clean, respect customer property, and adhere to Bath Fitter’s standards

• Carpentry Expertise: 2+ years in carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovations
• Precision & Tools:
  Skilled in using tape measures, levels, power tools, and basic plumbing knowledge is a bonus
• Reliability:
  Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Team Player:
  Ability to collaborate effectively, demonstrate professionalism, and commit to safety standards
