Maintenance Technician Needed at Richman Property Services, Inc., in Miami (Kendall), FL!

Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven full-time Maintenance Technician with a can-do attitude to join our growing Richman Signature luxury team! Qualifications:

Our team is specifically looking for Maintenance Tech's with the following skills!

* Strong commitment to grounds, pressure washing, cleanliness and curb appeal

* Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred

* EPA I & II or EPA Universal is highly preferred, if you don't have your EPA, but posses the right skills, experience and work ethic, we may consider sponsoring/paying for your EPA within your first 75-days on the job

* Experience with Yardi property management software

What we offer:

* Competitive base hourly pay. All our Maintenance Tech's receive automatic quarterly pay increases each quarter (every 3 months) following initial 90-days on the job. $40.00 personal cell phone allowance, and eligible for year-end discretionary bonus!

* Day time work schedules, usually 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday shifts for events

Responsibilities:

* Execute and sustain daily repair and upkeep of the property

* Preparation of vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines

* Manage service requests and response times, ensuring completion within established deadlines while warranting responsive, efficient, and courteous customer service

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

* Always maintain a safe work environment and report any safety concerns/issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager

* Uphold and demonstrate exceptional customer service

* Seek educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development

* Participate in on-going property preventative maintenance plan

* Assist in team effort of maintaining curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings and grounds

* Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner

* Communicate adequate inventory of maintenance supplies and parts

Requirements:

* Education:

* High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred

* Experience:

* Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper

* Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.

* Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws

* Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws

* Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

* Skills &

Certifications:

* EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred

* Valid Driver's License required

* Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
