Diesel Technician

We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician/Mechanic, offering great opportunities with a company that values your expertise and supports your growth. In this role, you’ll conduct diagnostic assessments on diesel vehicles to identify issues, interpret the results, and perform repairs or part replacements on critical vehicle systems, including engines, steering, transmission, braking, and lighting. Responsibilities

• Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing trucks across light, medium, and heavy-duty categories, particularly with Hino and Isuzu models.
• Diagnose and repair air and hydraulic brake systems, as well as steering, suspension, electrical, heating, air conditioning, and engine systems.
• Remain up-to-date with state and federal regulations regarding safety and emissions standards.
• Conduct annual safety inspections in accordance with state and federal regulations, checking essential safety equipment such as glass, horn, brakes, tire tread, and exterior lighting.
• Refurbish and replace truck parts using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and precision instruments.
• Utilize various manufacturer-specific software to perform diagnostic evaluations.
• Valid driver’s license is required; CDL is preferred.
• ASE certification is preferred.
• CDL certification is advantageous, with training provided for those who do not yet have it.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test as well as random screenings required by DOT.
