Idealease - Reefer Technician

• Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing refrigeration systems, including Thermo King and Carrier units.
• Performing preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Completing work orders and documenting repairs and maintenance activities.
• Advising on equipment upgrades and alternate cooling solutions as needed.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with refrigeration systems and related technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for customer interaction and documentation.

• Hourly wage (based on experience)
• Highly motivated, detail oriented technician with a “can do” attitude.
• Ability to produce quality work.
• Position is Full Time, Monday-Friday
• CDL License is a plus!
