We're seeking a skilled and experienced Window Repair Technician to join our team! As a Window Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining windows and doors for our residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities- Repair and replace window and door parts, including glass, frames, and hardware
- Conduct on-site assessments to identify repair needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet productivity and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- 2+ years of experience in window repair or a related field
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with window manufacturers' products
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Certification in window repair or a related field
