Work Mode: Onsite Responsibilities:

Service, repair, maintain, monitor, and adjust HVAC systems to stay within allowable parameters.
Perform preventive maintenance repairs for HVAC systems, heat exchangers, chiller pumps, electrical systems, fire alarm systems, plumbing systems, and building automation systems.
Provide direction and training to less experienced maintenance technicians.
Plan, select, and lay out required materials for service, repair, and preventive maintenance work.
Work from building drawings, schematics, equipment specifications, job layouts, and verbal instructions.
Operate a variety of hand and power tools, equipment, and lift equipment for operations.
Generate requisitions for new supplies, tools, and equipment.
Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to attend to emergency situations at the facility.
Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.
Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

Two-year technical degree or completion of an apprenticeship program.
In-depth knowledge of various maintenance fundamentals sufficient to deal with service and repairs.
Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
Experience working on mission-critical projects.
Knowledge of OSHA codes and regulations.
Working knowledge of company systems.
Use of a variety of hand and power tools or man lift.
Universal EPA Refrigeration Certification required.
Valid driver’s license may be required.
Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment.
Must be able to pass a thorough background check and subject interview.

Physically able to perform basic maintenance tasks to the highest caliber, including climbing ladders, working in restricted spaces, and lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
Flexible to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and special maintenance events as needed.
