Bathroom Installer - Miami, FL

Bath Fitter, a leader in bathtub and shower remodeling, is looking for motivated and dependable Installers to join our team.

Previous bathroom installation experience is a plus, but not required. If you have experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction, handyman work, flooring, cabinetry, or other hands‑on trades, we encourage you to apply. We provide paid training for motivated individuals who are ready to learn.

• Install bathtubs, showers, and wall systems in customers’ homes
• Stock and organize your company vehicle with materials and tools needed for the day
• Deliver high‑quality workmanship and professional customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow Bath Fitter installation and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Use tools and materials safely and efficiently

• Bathroom remodeling

• General labor with hands‑on tool experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable using power tools and measuring accurately
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic technology skills using a phone or tablet
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
