Full time. Shift: Day (United States of America)

Installs and maintains all types of piping systems. Installs and maintains plumbing systems in accordance with local and state codes. Understands and uses manufacturer’s technical manuals, blueprints, and other reference materials. Troubleshoots equipment operation, determines cause, and makes necessary repairs. Performs routine area maintenance and other tasks unrelated to plumbing trade as needed. Installs and repairs copper, PVC, CPVC, Poly, cast iron, and steel piping.

Flares tubing, soft solders, silver solders, solvent welds, and threaded pipe. Maintains boilers, pumps, water softeners, and kitchen equipment. Conducts minor repairs and maintenance on walls and floors. Ensures compliance with all current codes and requirements. Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations. Assists in the operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems, performing essential repairs and other duties as requested.
