Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer
The Senior Maintenance Technician leads a team of three technicians and drives maintenance operations across multiple sites. This role supports large-scale projects (rebrands, acquisitions, and new builds), develops MOD training on preventative maintenance, and ensures high operational standards. Requires strong electrical/MCCexpertiseand 10–20% regional travel.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Oversee maintenance for major projects (rebrands, acquisitions, greenfields)
- Create and deliver preventative maintenance training for Managers on Duty
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ensure compliance, vendor coordination, and project budget oversight
- Support cross-regional needs with 10–20% travel
- 5+ years of maintenance experience, 2+ in a leadership role preferred
- Expertise in electrical systems, MCCs, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends as needed
- Lift/push/pull up to 50lbs(occasionally 75lbs)
- Work in confined spaces and variable weather (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
- Operate tools, lifts, ladders, and heavy equipment
- Available for after-hours emergencies and on‑call needs
- Travel to other regions with occasional overnight stays
