• Sr. Maintenance Mechanic - Central
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 4 years of relevant experience
• Plumber, Licensed
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience
  • Certification in relevant field — Valid Journeyman or Maintenance Plumbing License
  • The individual must possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license as issued by the State
• Electrician, Licensed
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Journeyman’s license or Master Electrician
• HVAC Mechanic, Licensed
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of HVAC trade school
  • The individual must possess a valid Journeyman or Maintenance Mechanical license in HVAC
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • The individual must possess valid motor vehicle operator’s license as issued by the State
• Maintenance Lead
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant experience required
• Maintenance Lead - HVAC
  • High School Diploma or equivalent/relevant experience, certification or license
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Maintenance Mechanic
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
