• Conduct thorough assessments of affected properties to determine remediation needs.
• Implement effective cleaning and restoration techniques for various environments.
• Utilize industry-standard equipment and safety protocols during remediation processes.
• Document and report progress, challenges, and solutions during each project.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry best practices.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in remediation, restoration, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks.
