Build what’s next with KAR & Larrabee. We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Controls Technician to ensure building systems run at peak efficiency. Join our team of professionals who take pride in precision and reliability.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Install, calibrate, and maintain building automation and HVAC control systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with control systems and sensors.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure reliability.
- Program control sequences and optimize energy efficiency.
- Communicate technical findings and recommendations to clients.
You’ll be key in maintaining system reliability and client comfort—bringing technical expertise to every building we serve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Strong understanding of HVAC controls, electrical systems, and BMS.
- Experience with BACnet, Modbus, KNX, Lon Works, DALI, Zigbee, or MQTT.
- Familiarity with brands like Honeywell, Johnson Controls, and/or Siemens.
- HVAC or electrical certification; EPA 608 preferred.
- Great communication and troubleshooting skills.
Technically challenging, rewarding work with room to grow.
Ongoing training and certification support.
