We are looking for a motivated, people‑oriented leader with experience installing commercial roofing systems to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment and has a proven track record of driving results through planning and execution.

• Actively perform repairs on TPO, PVC, and modified bitumen roofing systems
• Handle service calls related to repairs and warranty work
• Use technology to provide daily logs to clients
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment, including OSHA requirements
• Review job tracking regularly and analyze any deficiencies
• Create a list of project materials to be ordered
• Schedule inspections as needed

• Expert‑level, hands‑on experience with modified bitumen and single‑ply systems
• Proficient in technology‑based applications
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize time and project needs
• Ability to interface well with work crews
• Ability to adapt to change in order to meet project goals and deadlines

$30 - $35 per hour
