We provide homes and businesses with quality craftsmanship for all repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects – both large and small – inside and outside.

We are currently seeking highly motivated, widely experienced, professional craftsmen with skills in multiple trades and exceptional customer service.

• Provide quality craftsmanship for repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects.
• Travel to job sites throughout Miami‑Dade and Monroe Counties using your own truck or van.
• Communicate with clients, fellow employees, management, and office personnel in a positive manner.
• Document work, handle invoicing, and maintain accurate records.
• Perform tasks in carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, light plumbing, and electrical as needed.

• Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and demeanor.
• Prior experience as a Carpenter/Craftsman with estimation skills (preferred).
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work.
• Own a standard set of tools to perform the trades.
• Own reliable and clean truck or van.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Residence within 30 minutes of AHS Miami Kendall office.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• English communication skills.

$25.00–$33.00 per hour. Potential annual income ranges from $50,000 to over $70,000.
