Electrical Foreman – Miami, FL
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our growing team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with commercial and/or industrial electrical experience who can manage crews, maintain jobsite safety, and deliver projects on schedule.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
- Ensure work complies with NEC, OSHA, and project requirements
- Maintain productivity, quality control, and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
- Train and mentor electricians and apprentices
- 5+ years of electrical construction experience
- Previous Foreman or Lead Electrician experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- OSHA certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Starting Pay: $30 an hour.
