Pool Operator / Route Tech

Join our team as a Pool Operator and help keep residential swimming pools in top shape! As a key member of Penguin Pools Florida, you'll be on a weekly route, delivering top-notch service to every property you visit. We're all about going the extra mile to leave our customers happy and confident that their pool is in great hands.

What You'll Do:

• Pool Maintenance:
  From scrubbing tiles to skimming debris, you'll handle all things pool care.
• Water Chemistry:
  Test and balance the water to make sure it's safe and swim-ready.
• Equipment Care:
  Clean out baskets, backwash filters, and keep everything running smoothly.
• Customer Service:
  Chat with customers, answer questions, and make sure they're happy with the service.
• Tech Tools:
  Use your phone and our Pool Brain cloud account to stay on top of tasks and communicate easily.
• Paid Per Pool: the more pools you take responsibility for, the more money you make.

What We're Looking For:

• Physical Ability:
  Able to lift heavy stuff, work in all weather, and handle repetitive tasks without breaking a sweat.
• Swimming
  
  Skills:
  
  You'll need to be comfortable in the water.
• Independence:
  Self-starters who can get the job done on their own with 100% success.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license is a must. We'll provide you with a company vehicle (and take care of maintenance).
• CPO Preferred: if you don't have a CPO, opportunities for training and advancement exist within our growing company!
