Mobile HVAC Technician
Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems to ensure compliance with standards.
- Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning of all systems.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, including cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing parts as needed.
- Record readings, make adjustments, and ensure optimal performance of equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
