University of Miami - - Responsibilities:
Provide general facility maintenance services and operations including plumbing, carpentry, painting plastering, electrical maintenance, HVAC maintenance and general operations, housekeeping, and landscape and grounds maintenance;
Develop and implement preventive maintenance and repair programs and procedures;
Direct and support the training and guidance of less experienced staff;
Respond to service requests including hot calls, cold calls, and odor complaints;
Inspect water and life safety systems and respond to fire systems and emergency calls
