Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities. Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Miami, FL

Pay rate: $52/hr

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems to ensure compliance with standards.
• Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning of all systems.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, including cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing parts as needed.
• Record readings, make adjustments, and ensure optimal performance of equipment while adhering to safety protocols.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
