Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Installers / Billboard Installation Technicians for work in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for installing advertising materials on billboards, posters, and other outdoor advertising structures. The role also includes light maintenance, site inspections, basic warehouse duties, and the use of mobile platforms to track completed work. The ideal candidate will have construction, installation, delivery, outdoor labor, or billboard/signage experience and must be comfortable working at heights.
Job Responsibilities- Safely install production materials on bulletins, posters, billboards, and other advertising products
- Install vinyl products and other copy materials on outdoor advertising structures
- Follow all safety procedures and incident reporting requirements
- Inspect job sites and report issues such as tree blockage, structure concerns, landlord issues, or complaints
- Use a mobile platform to report site issues, upload information, complete forms, and document completed work
- Maintain sites by trimming trees and shrubs, painting signs, clearing debris, and performing light maintenance
- Take photographs of completed work as needed
- Use company-issued equipment and systems to review work instructions and input job data
- Perform standard warehouse duties, including receiving, shipping, organizing billboard copy materials, components, and equipment
- Assist with other duties as assigned or requested
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL Class preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience preferred, such as light construction, medium construction, installation, delivery, signage, outdoor labor, or similar field work
- Must be comfortable climbing structures up to 100 feet or higher
- Ability to use mobile platforms for daily work tracking, issue reporting, photographs, forms, and time entry
- Basic Microsoft Outlook/email skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Highly disciplined, dependable, and safety-focused
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and position heavy objects, ladders, ropes, pulleys, materials, and equipment in excess of 75 pounds
- Must be able to climb ladders and stairs and work at heights of 100 feet or more
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, sometimes in adverse conditions
- Must be able to work outdoors in heat, cold, humidity, and changing weather conditions
- Must have close vision and the ability to adjust focus
