Commercial HVAC Service Tech
Kendall, FL | Servicing Miami-Dade & Broward Counties
$35.00–$42.00/hour | Full-Time
We're hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing service team. If you have experience working on chillers and commercial HVAC equipment and enjoy working independently in the field, we'd love to speak with you.
What You'll Do- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment
- Service chillers, RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, and refrigeration equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Install and replace HVAC components as needed
- Complete service paperwork and communicate updates to customers and the team
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Chiller experience is required
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Fluent English required
- Spanish is a plus
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- $35.00–$42.00/hour based on experience
