Operate central chiller plant and air handling systems in an energy efficient manner to provide occupant comfort at minimum cost;
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on HVAC and refrigeration equipment;
Read prints, sketches, and diagrams to perform job functions and ensure proper system operation;
Maintain up-to-date records on work performed and pending, and report information to management;
Train staff on how to maintain and service equipment and related components
