Senior Technician Facilities Management

Job Summary

Senior Facilities Technician – responsible for building and property maintenance to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for the Miami associates. Reports to the Facilities Manager and is part of the Facilities Department located in Miami; this is an on‑site role.

• Perform facility maintenance.
• Execute preventive maintenance on facilities equipment.
• Work on the access control system and doors.

• Associate's degree (or higher) with 3+ years of work experience OR high school diploma with 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• Perform basic plumbing, door, and card access repairs.

• Ability to travel between Miami and Hialeah locations as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb.

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing or other construction trades.
• AutoCAD.
